Booking Process
All sessions are strictly by appointment only.
To secure your slot:
- Choose your preferred session
- Confirm availability
- Make full payment (payment confirms booking)
Unpaid bookings will not be reserved.
Client's Location
For home sessions, please provide your exact location address at the time of booking. This helps us verify logistics and ensure both client and therapist safety.
Exact address is required at booking for verification and safety purposes.
Logistics Fee
A transportation fee is added to every session. This fee is location-based and will be confirmed after sharing your address.
Same-Day Bookings
We do not accept same-day bookings by default.
In rare cases, if a same-day appointment is possible, it will attract a rush fee of NGN 20,000 on top of the regular session cost.
Availability for same-day bookings is not guaranteed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time.
For cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours: A NGN 20,000 cancellation fee will apply.
For same-day or last-minute cancellations (less than 3 hours notice): A 100% charge (no refund) will apply as the slot was reserved for you.
If you miss your appointment completely (no-show), the session is considered forfeited with no refund.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.
The full session fee still applies.
Health & Safety
Please inform us before booking if you:
- Have any medical conditions (e.g., hypertension, pregnancy, injuries)
- Are experiencing fever, skin infections, or communicable diseases
Your safety is our priority. If we feel massage is not suitable for you at this time, we may decline the session or ask for medical clearance.
